I am looking forward to see the new Kindle, I am not planning to go to college but I would like to learn few things for myself. I believe that I don't need a college degree to become a competent person. Instead of paying student loans I rather get a fake diploma.

Interesting analogy, but my question is why any educator would put themselves in that position in the first place? That is, unless there's really no choice and publishing companies provide educators the only way to make a living.

Universities should be exempt from providing such data as exam scripts. The course material may also be exempted, as such information could be considered proprietary depending on the coursework involved. This would be especially true for health care management or other competitive fields. Otherwise, anyone could request such information and then utilize it for their own programs.

The value of a degree must be maintained. This is even more the case for higher level programs like a masters degree in management or some other masters degree.
